Beijing HL.Consulting Co.,Ltd. was established in 2005 as a Grade A engineering consulting unit of the National Development and Reform Commission of P.R.China. It mainly provides project consulting for energy industry, municipal engineering, agriculture, forestry, machinery and other industries, including feasibility study report, energy conservation assessment, social stability assessment, tendering and bidding, project early stage design, etc., and fully capable of early stage of the project from feasibility study, early stage design to tendering and bidding.
Our business scope covers listed capital operation, engineering consulting, Public-Private Partnership consulting, Merger & Acquisition consulting, investment consulting, and market research. It is a large-scale national comprehensive consulting company that can provide clients with a full range of consulting services. The company has more than 5,000 clients, and more than 2,800 clients are international well-known clients, including more than 40 clients are the Fortune Global 500 enterprises. It has provided project consulting for large-scale enterprise clients such as CNPC (China National Petroleum Corporation), Sinopec, CNOOC (China National Offshore Oil Corporation), China Huayou Group and Jinxi Petrochemical for a long time. The company has long term experience of preparing market research reports in English version and has a large number of international clients, including Standard Chartered Bank HK, Honeywell, Morgan Stanley, UBS, Itochu Corp Japan and other international clients.
